5.1. We operate on a non-cancellation policy. All services CANNOT be cancelled once confirmation and payment has been received. There is NO cancellation period.
5.2. We are NOT responsible for the cancellation of any services provided by a third-party.

Membership Terms & Conditions

These Membership Terms and Conditions apply to all Endless Concierge memberships — Personal, Corporate, Black, and Infinite — and are read together with our general Terms & Conditions above. By accepting membership, you agree to abide by these Membership Terms.

Membership Acceptance

1.1. Membership of Endless Concierge is offered at our sole discretion and is subject to acceptance of these Membership Terms. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.
1.2. All memberships are granted on a personal basis and are non-transferable. Corporate memberships are limited to the nominated individuals set out in the membership agreement.

Membership Tiers

2.1. Personal and Corporate memberships are available on application at a Price on Application (POA) annual basis.
2.2. Black and Infinite memberships are strictly by invitation only and are not available for general application. We reserve the right to invite, review, or withdraw these tiers at any time.

Fees and Renewal

3.1. Membership fees are payable annually in advance. The applicable fee will be confirmed in writing prior to activation and is subject to review upon renewal.
3.2. Membership fees are exclusive of any third-party service costs, booking fees, or supplier charges incurred on your behalf, which shall be billed separately and settled on the terms agreed at the time of booking.
3.3. All fees are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated and are subject to applicable taxes.

Member Obligations

4.1. Members agree to provide accurate and complete information when making requests and to respond to communications in a timely manner to allow us to fulfil bookings.
4.2. Members shall not use the membership for any unlawful, fraudulent, or improper purpose, nor request services that breach applicable laws or the policies of third-party providers.

Service Requests

5.1. While we use reasonable endeavours to fulfil every request, availability of specific services, venues, or experiences cannot be guaranteed and is subject to third-party availability and seasonality.
5.2. Requests are subject to our general Terms & Conditions and any specific terms communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refunds

6.1. Membership fees are non-refundable. We operate on a non-cancellation policy: once the annual membership fee has been received and confirmation issued, no cancellation or pro-rata refund is available.
6.2. We are not responsible for the cancellation of any third-party services arranged on your behalf; refunds for such services are subject to the relevant provider's own terms.

Confidentiality and Discretion

7.1. We treat all member information, requests, and arrangements with the strictest confidence and discretion, in line with our Privacy Notice and Data Protection commitments.
7.2. Members agree not to disclose details of other members, events, or experiences accessed through the membership.

Membership Suspension and Termination

8.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership, without refund, where a member breaches these Terms, engages in conduct that brings the membership into disrepute, or where we are otherwise unable to continue providing the service.
8.2. Upon termination, all access to membership benefits ceases immediately, and any outstanding third-party bookings remain subject to the relevant provider's terms.

Changes to Membership Terms

9.1. We reserve the right to amend these Membership Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes in advance of their next renewal date.

Intellectual Property

The domain www.endlessconcierge.com is registered and we are its owners. Endless Concierge Limited is the owner of the intellectual property rights of the design, codes, as well as the contents that are collected in the domain www.endlessconcierge.com, unless expressly stated (texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, software, links, graphic design, source code, etc.). The reproduction, distribution, commercialisation, public communication, assignment or transformation, unauthorised of all of them constitutes an infringement of intellectual property.

Trademarks, trade names and distinctive signs of any kind that are collected in the domain www.endlessconcierge.com are also protected by current legislation on intellectual property. The user does not have a license or right to use any brand, commercial or distinctive name that appears on this Portal, without the prior consent of Endless Concierge Limited or their respective owners.
